What We’ll Make Together
Together, the pasta dough is prepared, rolled with the traditional mattarello, and shaped into Emilia’s classic pasta, turning simple ingredients — flour, fresh eggs, and skilled hands — into something truly special through Italian tradition and artisan care.

- SCHEDULE: Daily sessions at: 10:30am – 2:30pm or 4:30pm – 8:30pm, flexible
- The class lasts around 3–4 hours, depending on the number of participants, to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- We’re in the countryside, just a few kilometers from Bologna and Modena. The exact location may change, but it will always be in this area.
