We’re Monica and Barbara, two sisters who grew up with flour on our hands and plenty of love in our family kitchen. Today, we share that same warmth with you. In our private cooking classes, we teach you how to make fresh handmade pasta using traditional tools, like the rolling pin, simple ingredients, and the cherished techniques passed down from our grandmother “Nonna Dolce”.

“Our mission” is to keep this ancient tradition alive: making pasta by hand with a rolling pin, and sharing this wonderful art with guests from around the world, inviting them to take home a precious memory of our culture and our heart.
